MediaGration was founded in 2014, by two telco / IT professionals with over 80 years combined experience in IT and telecommunications.
Garry S. Howard worked on large-scale systems for Unisys, Amdahl, Codex/Motorola. He launched MCI's data division on the West coast, and designed and optimized some of the largest corporate and public sector networks in the world. He was the first person to integrate the light pen with the IBM PC, authored the first book on Internet Security, and developed one of the first pay walls for streaming video, in 1999. He founded a new company called
Christopher Caile after working in the telecommunications industry and managing a Buffalo, NY operation for ITT founded his own private telephone and security company. He went on to start an electronics company to develop and patent an innovative type digital technology that served as a basis for a new type of small business telephone system. A system based on this technology was sold to Bell South. The company also developed custom light sensing systems for Kodak's film bulk storage warehouses and served as a subcontractor for the US space program.
